Order Processing
All products in stock will be processed and dispatched within approx 2 working days of us receiving your order. Orders are processed and packaged during our store hours of 10am-5pm Monday to Friday. If you have placed your order on a weekend, we'll action this as soon as possible on Monday.
For those items which are pre-order, you will be sent an order confirmation email detailing the approximate delivery date of your items after you order.
Delivery Within New Zealand
- Wellington Region: 1-2 working days
- Outside Wellington: 2-5 working days
- Large and Bulky Furniture: 5-10 working days (to ensure careful handling)
Please be aware that delivery times may vary depending on courier workloads.
All parcels will require a signature on delivery for security and peace of mind for both ourselves and you, our customers. When checking out please supply us with a physical address where there will be someone present to sign for your item between the delivery hours of 9-5pm weekdays.
We cannot deliver to a PO BOX.
Once we have fulfilled your order and the courier has picked it up, a tracking number will be sent to you so you can follow its progress. Upon delivery, please check the condition your item is in. If it is damaged, please get in touch with store@humbleandgrand.co.nz within 2 days of delivery.
Click & Collect Orders
Click & Collect orders will be ready for pick up within 1-3 working days. If your order will take longer than 3 working days to be ready you will be notified via email.
Please ensure you are available to pick up your order within 7 days from the date it is ready.

The Take Me Away tea infuser is the perfect accessory to enjoy tea on the go.
Featuring a three piece design - simply add your favourite tea leaves and water, screw together and allow it to infuse to your personal taste.
The double-walled borosilicate glass is extra thick to increase durability and provides extra insulation to keep your brew hot or cold for longer.
With it’s elegant style and thoughtful functionality, it is bound to be your loyal companion on all your urban adventures.
How to use:
✓ Add a teaspoon of dry loose-leaf tea to the glass lid of the infuser, and screw on the filter component tightly.
✓ Fill the larger, double-insulated, glass bottle with hot water.
✓ Tightly secure the filter component and glass lid onto the larger glass.
✓ Slowly, turn the infuser upside down. Be careful as the glass lid can get hot!
✓ Steep tea upside down for 3-5 minutes until you have the desired strength brew.
✓ Slowly, turn the infuser the right way around and enjoy your freshly brewed tea!
