FAQ's

How long will my order take to arrive? 

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days, then courier is usually 2-3 days for North Island deliveries and 3-5 working days for South Island deliveries. For rural addresses please allow an extra 1-2 working days.

Furniture can take up to 15 working days depending on the Delivery Companies Schedule. Please bare in mind we only a small team and although we process orders as soon as we can, occasionally they can take a little longer than these time frames. We are are able to book specific days for Furniture delivery, but not times, once you place an order and let us know what day you would like delivery, 1 of our Furniture movers will be in touch with a delivery time, usually 1 hour before they arrive. 

We are unable to send to PO Boxes.

Can we return products if they're not quite right? 

We will not refund items unless they are faulty and no replacements are available. However, we are more than happy to issue you a store credit for smaller items which has no expiry so you can use it any time! This excludes Food, Candles, Body & any other perishable products.

We just require you to return your item(s) back to us within 7 days of receipt, in the original packaging and condition, with all swing tags / labels etc still attached. We will process your store credit of the value of the product excluding shipping costs (if any) soon as we receive it.

We can not exchange, refund or store credit any Furniture unless it is faulty and no replacements are available. This is due to it being unboxed and unable to be resold once you open it. Please make sure you are 100% happy with your Furniture purchase before buying it.

We haven't received a dispatch confirmation email yet? 

We aim to dispatch orders of in stock items as soon as we can - most of the time that is the same or next working day but occasionally it can take 2-3 days as we are only a small team and some weeks are busier than others. 

With our Furniture, we usually have 1 display model on the shop floor, and ship the rest direct from our offsite storage, so if you do come in to the store to purchase Furniture your order can either be shipped to you or collected from our offsite storage Mon-Friday. 

Warranty

Furniture goods are warranted to be free from defects in material and workman-ship under normal usage for a period of one year from invoice date.

Humble & Grand, at its discretion will repair or replace goods and/or their parts covered by this warranty at no additional charge so long as the following criteria do not apply:

  • Normal wear and tear, including marks, dents or scratches.
  • Damage arising from incorrect use, neglect, misuse, act of God or during transportation.
  • Products that have not been maintained or cleaned as per instructions included with goods and/or specified on our website.

Timber is a natural material and timber goods will have individual differences across movement, colour and grain. These are considered unique to the material and not faults. Colours and movement will occur over time.

This Warranty is void should goods show signs of fading or colour change as a result of being placed indirect sunlight.

  • Any indirect or consequential loss.
  • Repairs not conducted by Created or pre-approved by Created. Pre-approval to undertake repairs is required to maintain Warranty, any un-approved repairs will void Warranty

Delivery :

Goods must be checked for damage upon arrival. If signed as received in good condition then no claim for damage will be processed. Should goods be damaged you must inform the Carrier and us immediately.

Are all your products available to view in store? 

Due to space limitations, unfortunately our full selection of Furniture isn't available in store, but feel free to get in touch with us if you're wanting to view a particular product and we'll see what we can do.

Pre-Orders

Now, with the manufacturing and shipping challenges that are a result of COVID, a lot of our Furniture is on Pre Order. This means the supplier is out of stock, have ordered more stock, and it is in the process of being constructed & imported.

While we try our hardest to ensure pre-orders are sent on the day advertised, sometimes there are delays out of our control so please take the due in date as an ETA on a confirmed day of delivery. 

We will try to keep you updated via email if there are delays with your pre-orders, but remember we are a small team, so please contact us close to your preorder ETA so we can inform you of any delays.
