Delivering your new furniture in the fastest & most secure way is important to us.
This is why we supply a door to door delivery service on all of our products, once your order has been placed we will stay in touch with any updates on your dispatch.
Please note: the delivery provided in our door to door service does not include unique delivery locations or rural delivery addresses. In this instance we will provide delivery to your nearest depot.
Weekend deliveries are unavailable.
We use a range of freighting companies to suit your location and we will provide you with a track number of the company we have used for you to follow.
Our deliveries are made straight to your Doorstep, Garage or Entrance Way.
For Furniture, we require a signature upon delivery to acknowledge that the items have been received in good order. Due to liability issues, it is the customer’s responsibility to bring the purchased item(s) into their home. As such, we recommend you have someone available to help you unload, unpack and install your item(s).
Wellington: 3-5 Days
North Island: 7-10 days
South Island: 10-15 Days
Rural Deliveries: allow 7-15 days

All of our Furniture comes boxed, therefor some set up is required from the customer, we are unable to set up Furniture in your home, if you are unsure how your item will arrive please get in contact with us before purchasing.
