Order Processing
All products in stock will be processed and dispatched within approx 2 working days of us receiving your order. Orders are processed and packaged during our store hours of 10am-5pm Monday to Friday. If you have placed your order on a weekend, we'll action this as soon as possible on Monday.
For those items which are pre-order, you will be sent an order confirmation email detailing the approximate delivery date of your items after you order.
Delivery Within New Zealand
- Wellington Region: 1-2 working days
- Outside Wellington: 2-5 working days
- Large and Bulky Furniture: 5-10 working days (to ensure careful handling)
Please be aware that delivery times may vary depending on courier workloads.
All parcels will require a signature on delivery for security and peace of mind for both ourselves and you, our customers. When checking out please supply us with a physical address where there will be someone present to sign for your item between the delivery hours of 9-5pm weekdays.
We cannot deliver to a PO BOX.
Once we have fulfilled your order and the courier has picked it up, a tracking number will be sent to you so you can follow its progress. Upon delivery, please check the condition your item is in. If it is damaged, please get in touch with store@humbleandgrand.co.nz within 2 days of delivery.
Click & Collect Orders
Click & Collect orders will be ready for pick up within 1-3 working days. If your order will take longer than 3 working days to be ready you will be notified via email.
Please ensure you are available to pick up your order within 7 days from the date it is ready.
International Orders

The Prego Chair is amazingly comfortable yet also maintains a light and fresh look to your dining setting thanks to its strategically placed padded back (hits just the right spot for optimum support). Gorgeous solid Ash legs that gently taper and high-density seat and back padding complete your Prego. We particularly like it with Scandinavian settings.

The Upholstery
Polyester might be a no-no for clothes but it's ideal for furniture, especially when it comes to ensuring the longevity of your purchase. For tensile strength, stain resistance (please refer to care instructions), colour-fastness and overall durability Polyester has distinct advantages over other fabrics. Best of all it is woven to mimic natural fibres.
Design X-frame base, solid tapered Ash legs, plywood internals to prevent sag, durable polyester upholstery, padded seat and back with high-density foam. Please note this is a multi-dimensional fabric, it reflects or absorbs light depending on the nap direction.

Colour Accuracy
We try our best to ensure photography depicts colours as accurately as possible. Colours can appear different depending on the type of display you are viewing from, therefore we recommend viewing in person for true colour representation.
