Order Processing
All products in stock will be processed and dispatched within approx 2 working days of us receiving your order. Orders are processed and packaged during our store hours of 10am-5pm Monday to Friday. If you have placed your order on a weekend, we'll action this as soon as possible on Monday.
For those items which are pre-order, you will be sent an order confirmation email detailing the approximate delivery date of your items after you order.
Delivery Within New Zealand
- Wellington Region: 1-2 working days
- Outside Wellington: 2-5 working days
- Large and Bulky Furniture: 5-10 working days (to ensure careful handling)
Please be aware that delivery times may vary depending on courier workloads.
All parcels will require a signature on delivery for security and peace of mind for both ourselves and you, our customers. When checking out please supply us with a physical address where there will be someone present to sign for your item between the delivery hours of 9-5pm weekdays.
We cannot deliver to a PO BOX.
Once we have fulfilled your order and the courier has picked it up, a tracking number will be sent to you so you can follow its progress. Upon delivery, please check the condition your item is in. If it is damaged, please get in touch with store@humbleandgrand.co.nz within 2 days of delivery.
Click & Collect Orders
Click & Collect orders will be ready for pick up within 1-3 working days. If your order will take longer than 3 working days to be ready you will be notified via email.
Please ensure you are available to pick up your order within 7 days from the date it is ready.

Marble
The Cube has been crafted from Italian Carrara marble, renowned for its white and blue-grey appearance. Found in mountainous regions, marble is a calcium carbonate-based stone formed by extreme heat and pressure resulting in a crystalline material. Every piece has veins of mineral patterns which make up its unique appearance.
Easy to polish and excellent heat resistance, marble is a durable surface however it is porous and care must be taken, especially with acidic spills. Marble will develop its patina over time depending on the level of care you give it.
The Timber
Wood displays different grain patterns depending on which way they are cut - for example, the 'medullary ray' which can appear on oak furniture is a mark of good quality timber, these are just characteristics of the natural beauty of the wood. Wood veneers also allow distinctive patterns to be created on some surfaces, such as table tops and drawer fronts by the way slivers are arranged.
All timber and veneer surfaces will change colour and mellow over time. New furniture will initially vary in shade from items that have been previously purchased.
