Order Processing
All products in stock will be processed and dispatched within approx 2 working days of us receiving your order. Orders are processed and packaged during our store hours of 10am-5pm Monday to Friday. If you have placed your order on a weekend, we'll action this as soon as possible on Monday.
For those items which are pre-order, you will be sent an order confirmation email detailing the approximate delivery date of your items after you order.
Delivery Within New Zealand
- Wellington Region: 1-2 working days
- Outside Wellington: 2-5 working days
- Large and Bulky Furniture: 5-10 working days (to ensure careful handling)
Please be aware that delivery times may vary depending on courier workloads.
All parcels will require a signature on delivery for security and peace of mind for both ourselves and you, our customers. When checking out please supply us with a physical address where there will be someone present to sign for your item between the delivery hours of 9-5pm weekdays.
We cannot deliver to a PO BOX.
Once we have fulfilled your order and the courier has picked it up, a tracking number will be sent to you so you can follow its progress. Upon delivery, please check the condition your item is in. If it is damaged, please get in touch with store@humbleandgrand.co.nz within 2 days of delivery.
Click & Collect Orders
Click & Collect orders will be ready for pick up within 1-3 working days. If your order will take longer than 3 working days to be ready you will be notified via email.
Please ensure you are available to pick up your order within 7 days from the date it is ready.

A gentle chai that can be savoured all day. exotic spices with only the finest Cacao beans from Ghana.
Ethically sourcing our cacao beans direct from Ghana, a nation on West Africa’s Gulf of Guinea, which is known for diverse wildlife, old forts, secluded beaches, and its vast Cacao forests. We could stop right there and it would be amazing but to top it off we have sprinkled in exotic spices such as roasted chicory root, ginger bits, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, and star anise. It all gives it a gentle chocolaty flavour with a hint of well-balanced spice. This chai that is great on its own or if you prefer you can sweeten it with honey or for a more traditional chai you can brew it in milk on the stove.
Its brownish orange liquor emanates a heady aroma of chocolate and cinnamon. And a sip will take your taste buds on a flavour journey - from dark chocolate to a strong muscatel one. And the best part is, you can enjoy this tea any time of the day.
We add a dash of cinnamon, cardamom, and cloves for that splash of flavour that turns tea time into me time. From our mix, it becomes your journey.
