Pepper&Me - Magic Mushie Dust

A porcini powder perfect for boosting risottos, pasta or sauces and bringing in a delicious mushroom flavour.

Combine 3 tbsp with 1 cup cream, 1 tbsp peppercorns and ½ tsp Man Grind Salt Flakes for a delicious steak sauce.
