Order Processing

All products in stock will be processed and dispatched within approx 2 working days of us receiving your order. Orders are processed and packaged during our store hours of 10am-5pm Monday to Friday. If you have placed your order on a weekend, we'll action this as soon as possible on Monday. 

For those items which are pre-order, you will be sent an order confirmation email detailing the approximate delivery date of your items after you order.

Delivery Within New Zealand

- Wellington Region: 1-2 working days  
- Outside Wellington: 2-5 working days  
- Large and Bulky Furniture: 5-10 working days (to ensure careful handling)

Please be aware that delivery times may vary depending on courier workloads.

All parcels will require a signature on delivery for security and peace of mind for both ourselves and you, our customers. When checking out please supply us with a physical address where there will be someone present to sign for your item between the delivery hours of 9-5pm weekdays.

We cannot deliver to a PO BOX.

Once we have fulfilled your order and the courier has picked it up, a tracking number will be sent to you so you can follow its progress. Upon delivery, please check the condition your item is in. If it is damaged, please get in touch with store@humbleandgrand.co.nz within 2 days of delivery.

Click & Collect Orders

Click & Collect orders will be ready for pick up within 1-3 working days. If your order will take longer than 3 working days to be ready you will be notified via email.

Please ensure you are available to pick up your order within 7 days from the date it is ready.

Gift Wrapping

We offer gift wrapping in store and online - simply choose this option at checkout.

The Stellar 10m Festoon String includes a power adapter that plugs in to a wall socket. The box includes a power adapter, a 2m lead, and two 5m festoon lengths.  Each festoon length has 7-8 bulbs, 70cm apart. You can add an additional 10m festoon string, of the same or different colour to this, which will being the total length up to 20m. Each 10m set are sold separately.  To use an extension, simply remove the power adapter, and attached the start of one length to the end of another, ensuring you screw the connector cover ring securely. 

  • Bulb is a hardy resin (not glass). You can choose between clear and frosted bulbs. 
  • The festoon cable is black.
  • Warm white LED
  • 10m length + 2m lead from the adapter
  • 15 bulbs over 10m, 70cm apart
  • SAA certified NZ IP44 rated mains adapter
  • Connectable up to 20m total ~ each set sold separately
  • Sealed bulbs and cords for protection
  • For indoor & temporary outdoor use. We recommend you keep the bulbs protected from the elements.
