As at 1st July 2024 our shipping rates are as follows:

Small bag, boxed or Couriered items:

$7 Wellington Region
$10 North Island
$12 South Island
$6 Rural Surcharge applies to ANY rural locations
We are unable to send to PO. Boxes

Larger Items/multiple item orders may incur additional shipping charges.

Furniture Deliveries:

Wellington $125, North Island $150, South Island $250
Surcharge will apply to ANY rural/remote locations

We reserve the right not to ship goods if it is uneconomical so if you do live remotely please get in touch with us First.

Order Processing

All products in stock will be processed and dispatched within approx 2 working days of us receiving your order. Orders are processed and packaged during our store hours of 10am-5pm Monday to Friday. If you have placed your order on a weekend, we'll action this as soon as possible on Monday. 

For those items which are pre-order, you will be sent an order confirmation email detailing the approximate delivery date of your items after you order.

Delivery Within New Zealand

Our standard delivery times are 1-2 working days (within the Wellington region) or 2-5 working days (outside of Wellington). Please note this is subject to change depending on courier workloads and delays.

For large and heavy items such as Furniture, delivery will be 5-10 working days.

All parcels will require a signature on delivery for security and peace of mind for both ourselves and you, our customers. When checking out please supply us with a physical address where there will be someone present to sign for your item between the delivery hours of 9-5pm weekdays. We cannot deliver to a PO BOX.

Once we have fulfilled your order and the courier has picked it up, a tracking number will be sent to you so you can follow its progress. Upon delivery, please check the condition your item is in. If it is damaged, please get in touch with store@humbleandgrand.co.nz within 2 days of delivery.

Click & Collect Orders

Click & Collect orders will be ready for pick up within 1-3 working days. If your order will take longer than 1 working day to be ready you will be notified via email. Please ensure you are available to pick up your order within 7 days from the date it is ready.

International Orders

We currently do not offer International Shipping

Gift Wrapping

We offer gift wrapping in store and online - simply choose this option at checkout.
