📦 Shipping Information

Homeware Items

• $10 – NZ Wide excluding rural addresses.
  
  We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Note: Rural addresses, larger & multiple-item orders may incur additional shipping charges. We will contact you if this applies.

Furniture Deliveries

• Free freight NZ 

Furniture is shipped directly from our warehouse partner, not from store stock. Please allow up to 14 working days for dispatch.

Order Processing

Homeware orders are processed within 2 working days of receiving your order.
Orders placed after hours or on weekends will be actioned on the next business day.

Store Hours: Monday–Friday, 10am–5pm

Estimated Delivery Times

• Wellington Region: 1–2 working days

• Outside Wellington: 2–5 working days

• Bulky Furniture: 5–10 working days

Delivery times may vary depending on courier volumes.

Signature on Delivery

All parcels require a signature on delivery.

Please provide a physical address with someone available between 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday.

We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Tracking & Delivery Issues

Once your parcel has been picked up, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
If your item is damaged on arrival, please contact store@humbleandgrand.co.nz within 2 working days.

Click & Collect

Click & Collect orders will be ready within 1–3 working days.
We’ll notify you by email if there’s any delay.
Please collect your order within 7 days of notification.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Gift Wrapping

We offer gift wrapping in-store and online—just select the option at checkout.
